Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6777a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on 6777a, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6777a platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 6777a. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a 6777a account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 6777a is strictly an 18+ platform. Access by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities may not register player accounts.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 6777a account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6777a reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time to verify that a player meets the eligibility criteria set out above. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 6777a's services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting — you must register a player account via the 6777a Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or a mobile number belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6777a account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 6777a will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — not even with a person claiming to be a 6777a support agent.
• Contact 6777a support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 6777a account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process on the 6777a Login page rather than registering a new account. Duplicate accounts will be identified, suspended, and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6777a supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad: ৳100.
• Minimum deposit via Rocket or Upay: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your 6777a account balance in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to appear.
• 6777a does not charge any fees on deposits made via local Bangladesh payment channels. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed the same business day for most payment methods when submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 6777a reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or where account activity indicates unusual patterns.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays.

Bonuses & Promotions

6777a offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each individual promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player account, per household, and per IP address. 6777a uses IP monitoring and device fingerprinting to enforce this restriction.
• 6777a reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements for an active bonus are not adversely affected without reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• 6777a reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if it determines that a player abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, or obtained a bonus through fraudulent means.

Seasonal Promotions

6777a runs seasonal promotional events tied to major Bangladesh sporting and cultural occasions, including BPL cricket season, the IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Specific terms for each seasonal promotion are published separately and form part of these Terms when accepted by a player participating in that promotion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 6777a platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, virtual table games, and sports betting markets — operate according to rules published by their respective providers. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on 6777a — including slots and virtual table games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers — use independently audited Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by either the player or the platform. 6777a does not alter game outcomes after a bet is placed.

Odds are determined by 6777a's sports data providers and are subject to change until the relevant market closes. 6777a reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event or market has commenced, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 6777a platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses or other first-account-only promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or any other technical vulnerability — whether in games, the cashier, or the bonus system — to obtain funds or a gaming advantage to which you are not entitled.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after gaming activity has occurred. Fraudulent chargebacks constitute theft and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to relevant legal authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6777a staff or other players via any communication channel, including the live chat, email support, or social media.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the 6777a platform without authorisation.

6777a employs real-time fraud detection systems, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, 6777a reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate.

Account Suspension & Closure

6777a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in the User Obligations section above.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In this case, 6777a will send a notification to your registered email address before taking action, and any remaining eligible balance will be held for a period of 6 months following the closure notice.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under 6777a's Responsible Gaming programme.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 6777a account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please withdraw any remaining eligible balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining balance will have that balance held for 30 days pending a withdrawal request from the account holder.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all accumulated bonus balances and any bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is ongoing.

Governing Law, Liability & Amendments

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6777a's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 6777a is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

Amendments to These Terms

6777a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6777a with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
